Women in Ministry
As a body we openly endorse women as Pastors, Preachers, and give equal opportunity to our sisters in Christ as well as extend them the equal right hand of fellowship into our Ministerial Alliance, while also affording them equal opportunity for advancement into the Fellowship.

We believe that women are an equally important part of the Christian Ministry and recognize the need for strong women in a male dominated arena.

Acts 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy and your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream dreams:

This passage of scripture supports God's view of women in ministry. Clearly God stresses that he himself will pour out his Holy Spirit and sons and daughters meaning women shall prophesy or in laymen's terms preach.

3:28-29
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

And if ye be Christ's, then ye are Abraham's sheep and heirs according to the promise.
